- Residential projects: We support residential projects at every stage, from new footing and framing design for architectural houses on problematic soil to solving structural issues in existing properties. Work ranges from detail structural analysis, steel, concrete or timber framing design to hands-on problem solving for remedial solutions.
- Scope of Work (SOW) Preparation and Contract Administration: We prepare comprehensive Scope of Work (SOW) documents in Excel format, detailing all remedial actions with clear descriptions, specifications, and quantities. Our SOWs are structured to be proposal-ready, enabling the Owner to obtain accurate and comparable cost estimates from multiple contractors without the need for further clarification. In addition, we can act on behalf of the Owner as the Contract Administrator and Works Inspector, ensuring that the project is delivered in accordance with the contract requirements, technical standards, and quality expectations.
- Strata Warranty Defects Inspections and Regulated Design Services (Class 2 Buildings): We specialise in preparing Strata Warranty Defects Condition Reports for Class 2 buildings, including apartments and townhouses. If you're engaging an inspector for this type of work, it's essential to ensure they are properly licensed and qualified to operate on Class 2 residential buildings under current NSW legislation.
- Our team is fully licensed with the NSW Building Commission under the Design and Building Practitioners (DBP) Act, ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements.
